ABOUT PROJECT:
SINGAPORE LIQUIFIED NATURAL GAS TERMINAL–SLNG (2016-2018)

In December 2016, Samsung awarded us a contract for Tank-3 & 4 of Phase-2 SLNG project where we were asked to complete the Piping , Painting, Testing & Commissioning of the stainless steel and carbon steel piping systems

EFW – WASTE TO ENERGY PLANT – JURONG ISLAND (2016-2018)

Hyundai-HEC Joint Venture awarded us Mechanical, Structural and Piping completion works for their existing waste-to-energy plant under client Sembcorp Ltd. Our scope of work included structural and piping modifications, mechanical equipment commissioning. We also deployed Piping Managers, Commissioning Managers, Site Engineers & QA/QC Engineers.

JURONG ROCK CAVERN PROJECT (2012 - 2017)

SYSTEMS: Worked on Fire Water Line, Fresh & New Water Line, Foaming Agent line, Instrument Air line, Seepage Water Line 1 & 2, Inert Gas Line, Service Air Line, Fuel Gas Line, Vent Gas Line, Domestic Water Line, Liquid Hydro Carbon Line, Gaseous Nitrogen Line, Product Pump Line 1 & 2, Alarm line, Tubing Assembling, Flare Gas Line, Waste Water Line, Caustic Soda Line & De-mineralized Water System.

PIPE SIZES & MATERIALS: Worked on Carbon Steel Pipes. Sizes vary from 1/2” Dia to 56” Dia.

MAN POWER: We had about 140 People Working on this Project with trades as Pipe Fitters, Welders 6G TIG & ARC, 4G, 3G, Piping Supervisors, Grinders, Riggers, Lifting Supervisors.

MAN HOURS: The Project commenced in the month of June 2012. The total dia inch fit up and welded until end Feb 2014 would be 78,422 dia inch. Our team worked until date with Zero Accident & Zero Incident for a total of 750,000 Man Hours.

COPI SOUTH BELUT PROJECT (2014)

In February 2014, we secured a contract and started our Indonesian operations with PT Rajawali Swiber Cakrawala to supply construction crew (Welders 6G – Stainless steel / Duplex / Carbon steel and Pipe Fitters) directly to Conoco Philips Indonesia for their South Belut Project. A total of 60 skilled workers were mobilized for the said offshore project.

PIPE SIZES & MATERIALS: Worked on Carbon Steel / Stainless Steel Pipes. Sizes vary from 2” Dia to 80” Dia.

MAN POWER: We had about 250 People Working on this Project. The craftsmen where Pipe Fitters, Welders 6G TIG & ARC, 4G, 3G, Piping Supervisors, Structural Supervisors, QA/ QC, Mechanical Supervisors, Grinders, Riggers, Lifting Supervisors.

MAN HOURS: The Duration of the Project was Two and half years. The total Dia inch that was give to us our job scope was 312,634 Dia inch for fit up and welding. Our team worked with Zero Accident & Zero Incident for a total of 2.5 Million Man Hours.

LANXESS BTR PROJECT (2012-14)

SYSTEMS: Worked on Fire Water Line, Fresh Water Line, Cold Water return & supply line, Hot Water return & supply line, Lube Oil system, Cold Liquid System, Warm Hare System & Cold Hare System. We Worked in Under Ground Cooling Water System Piping & Pipe Racks. Worked on C3 Splitter ½ tower, Amine Wash Tower, Caustic Day Tank, Spent Caustic Filter & Caustic Effluent Filter.

PIPE SIZES & MATERIALS: Worked on Carbon Steel Pipes. Sizes vary from 1/2” Dia to 42” Dia.

MAN POWER: We had about 48 People Working on this Project. The craftsmen were Pipe Fitters, Welders 6G TIG & ARC, 4G, 3G, Piping Supervisors, Structural Supervisors, QA/ QC, Mechanical Supervisors, Grinders, Riggers, Lifting Supervisors. Total Fit up & Welding joints are 18,488 Dia inches

MAN HOURS: For the entire duration of the project our people worked with Zero Accident & Zero Incident for a total of 180,000 Man Hours.

SHELL SERAYA SHUT DOWN PROJECT (2011)

SYSTEMS: Worked on Fire Water Line, Fresh Water Line, Cold Water line, Hot Water line, Lube Oil system, Cold Liquid System, Warm Hare System & Cold Hare System. We Worked in Under Ground Cooling Water System Piping & Pipe Racks.

PIPE SIZES & MATERIALS: Worked on Carbon Steel Pipes. Sizes vary from 1/2” Dia to 36” Dia.

MAN POWER: We had about 20 People Working on this Project with trades of Scaffolders & Pipe Fitters,.

MAN HOURS: The Duration of the Project was 8 Months. Our people worked with Zero Accident & Zero Incident for a total of 40 000 Man Hours.
